At Evolog, I faced a significant and exciting challenge: leading the definition of a new product and overseeing, end-to-end, the development of an innovative dashboard. This dashboard is designed to offer users a detailed and comprehensive view of the delivery cycle, allowing them to monitor the progress of shipments. Furthermore, it played a crucial role in optimizing all financial operations, automating manual procedures relating to incoming and outgoing payments. Through this platform, our intention was to provide a macro view of operations, allowing users to thoroughly analyze and monitor all financial flows associated with the company's activities.

During dashboard development, we worked with a user-centric approach, ensuring that each functionality offered was highly intuitive and capable of providing valuable information. After all, the central objective was not only to offer a resource for tracking deliveries, but also to offer a solution that offered accurate financial insights, simplifying the process of incoming and outgoing payments.

As the leader of this project, my focus was on delivering a solution that met a broad spectrum of needs. This involved considering both operational and financial aspects, adding value to users by simplifying processes and providing a broad view of their daily activities and the impact of these operations on the overall financial picture.

My extensive involvement included defining detailed specifications for the dashboard, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation reflected the vision and met user expectations. Throughout the process, we constantly seek to improve the user experience, ensuring the delivery of a product rich in information and functionalities, essential for managing and understanding daily and strategic operations.
